A story that started in 1977
Our ovens have a history that started in 1977. The first ovens produced were the "Tradizionale" and "Master Vision" ovens followed by other products. In 2009, our team created a new product concept: the FornInox. The forefather of the range was the 5 Minuti oven. We can be proud of 250,000 operating ovens in the world in 35 years of business. Our strength lies in our patience and commitment to the design and creation of new solutions which increasingly meet the needs of living well in harmony.
1977
The company Alfa Refrattari was created from an idea of the owners Rocco Lauro and Marcello Ortuso.
Initial production
The first refractory ovens produced were "Tradizionale" and "Master Vision".
From the concept and design of the Alfa Pizza team, a new product concept was born, that of FornInox. The first oven produced was "5 Minuti", still the most popular product in the range.
